Orders and Payments
Once payment has been received and confirmed by PIPPA Antwerp, the jewellery piece will go into production. The manufacturing lead-time for jewellery ordered is approximately 3 weeks depending on the design and type of gemstones used. PIPPA Antwerp will keep the user updated by e-mail on the manufacturing process and shipment.
PIPPA Antwerp will send an e-mail confirming the order. The sale is then considered to have been completed. For customized jewellery pieces, the user is not entitled to correct, exchange or return the item(s) ordered (in particular in the case of an error of size or text).
Once the payment of the user is received on the account of PIPPA Antwerp, the manufacturing process starts with a lead time for the creation of each item of approximately 3 weeks depending on stock availability. PIPPA Antwerp will keep the user updated on the manufacturing process.
PIPPA Antwerp reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a user with whom a dispute may exist regarding payment for a previous order or who, in PIPPA Antwerp's opinion, may represent a risk.

Goods sold are non-refundable. All items are custom made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
PIPPA Antwerp covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. If a piece shows signs of improper care or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear, we will repair the piece at cost.
Please note that if any other jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, this warranty will be voided. We strongly recommend returning to us for repairs and resizes, we do not take any responsibility for repairs or resizes undertaken by other jewellers.
Resizing is at cost and is quoted on a case by case basis.
If your piece needs service or repair, you can return it to us at our office (PIPPA Antwerp, Van Breestraat 29, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium) and we're happy to discuss the options with you.
If you are returning a piece for resize, we'll make sure your ring size is measured accurately.
